We will do our best to ensure that you have access to our site at all times. However, we do not guarantee that our site, or any content on it, will always be available or be uninterrupted. We will not be liable to you if for any reason our site is unavailable at any time or for any period except in relation to pre-arranged online services. Under these circumstances we will use our reasonable endeavours to arrange an alternative consultation. You are responsible for making all arrangements necessary for you to have access to our site.
You can book pay as you go single sessions, each billed at the rate of £65 for one hour. Or you can make savings by booking four sessions in advance, billed at the rate of £208. All sessions are pre-paid and payment is final. If for any reason you are unable to attend your pre-paid session, you can manage rescheduling by using our website online calendar. You can choose the first available date and time at your convenience.
When appointments are scheduled, an email confirmation of your appointment will be sent to the e- mail you used when scheduling your appointment. Within 24 hours you will be emailed a link, with the date and time of your appointment, that will give you access to your session. If you choose to use our services, you agree to receive these notifications and understand that you will also get a reminder email before each appointment.
The information you share during therapy or coaching sessions is considered confidential information. We cannot disclose any of the information you discuss during sessions without first obtaining your written consent to do so. In some instances, we may be mandated or allowed to share information without your written consent, for example if you pose a threat of harm to someone else or to yourself, or if you suffer or are at risk for any form of abuse. We may be required by law to collaborate with the police or other relevant organization in order to prevent harm from happening.
