Zana Busby, MSc, CBP
Zana is a subject matter expert in employee wellbeing, coaching, and consumer behaviour.
Following a background in the private sector, and leveraging her qualifications - MSc Business Psychology, BSc Psychology, PGDip Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, and Dip Clinical Hypnotherapy – Zana excels at coaching people in different jobs and helping them through life changes, while also consulting on improving workplace wellbeing for business success.
Zana specialises in modern consumer behaviour using a unique approach grounded in cognitive-behavioural science, helping businesses remain competitive in the evolving market.
With more than 25 years of experience, Zana is a keynote speaker, has been on BBC radio, appears on TV as a trusted psychologist, and is often featured in magazines and newspapers.

Consumer Psychologist
Nisa Bayindir, MSc
Nisa is an award-winning integrated digital strategist, multidisciplinary research and insights expert, and consumer psychologist.
Her background is in digital marketing, online communities and tribes, brand and product development, consumer research at agency, and client and data vendor camps.
Nisa blends insights with psychology and behavioural science to provide strategic direction to brands on navigating the shifts in consumer engagement systems.
With 15 years of experience in the marketing and strategy ecosystem of global brands, Nisa's strengths lie in her ability to think holistically by merging creativity and analytical thinking in consumer experience development.
Regularly featured in global news outlets and industry publications, Nisa is working as a consultant and public speaker in London while continuing her Ph.D. in Cognition and Culture, and lectures at the Master's level at Birkbeck University.
